Can Firebug be used to track HTTP GETs including the request header and the responses from the server including the response header. Will it show all the HTTP GEts done when an HTML page is being loaded and the page references resources that require HTTP GETs?

The program is excellent, though crashes XP Vista32/64 when you enforce upload limits. A blue screen will indicate that one of your network drivers is having a problem.

I use on my own computer to avoid too high an upload speed, which cripples my download speed as it does anyones. One usage is the World of Warcraft installer, which is basically a torrent client without a setting to limit your upload speed.

Newer streaming music and video services that use peer to peer technology to deliver this media are slowly making this app an absolute must.

Cracks for this program are easily available, if you wish to endure that inconvenience.

@Gary: I tried your suggestion, but it did not work. Firstly, my configure does not work with only one dash, but a double dash is needed. Secondly, It still did not work until I copied the files as suggested here.

Thanks for the tip. For hardy/amd64/bot-sentry-1.2.1, I also needed to install intltool and hack configure to allow version 0.37.0 rather than 0.40.0. Also, doing:

./configure --prefix=/usr

gets rid of the cp requirement.

You really are right there is no replacement for this program. Not even a crack. I have tried it all, yet I found no way but to buy it. I guess I will buy it in the near future when I have some work that really makes its price resonable for me.
